This past week, our discussion was on how to stop habits. In the book The Power To Change, Craig Groeschel says, “Bad habits are difficult to stop because the payoff comes now and the pain is in the future.”
Reflection
We have talked a lot about identifying who we want to become, also known as our who. In the last episode, we discussed new habits we need to start. Now, we are talking about habits we want to stop to make our who a reality.
