This past week, we discussed the idea of defining our win. In The Power To Change, Craig Groeschel says, “Defining your win is how you begin.”
Key Thought:
Far too often, we create goals and start chasing after them without asking what success looks like for the goal. How do we know when we have reached our goal?
When trying to make positive changes to our brain health, we often make similar mistakes. Maybe we create a goal to get more sleep or practice better self-care, but we fail to ask what that looks like in our lives.
What goals have you set to improve your brain health?
Do you know what it will look like when you reach those goals?
