This past week, we discussed the idea of trying versus training. In the book The Power To Change, Craig Groeschel says, “Winners don’t try, they train.”
Key Thought:
If you struggle with mental health and desire positive change, you will not get there simply by trying hard. Most likely, you have already taken that approach and were disappointed with the results. If you want different results, it will require intentional and deliberate practice over time coupled with the power of God.
When trying to make positive changes to our mental health, we must be intentional through training while seeking God.
