Understanding where we get our identity helps us identify any false beliefs and replace them with who God says we are. This process is crucial in embracing our true identity in Christ and breaking free from anxiety.
This thought goes hand-in-hand with our key thought from our meeting a few weeks ago. As we look at making lasting changes in our lives, our identity plays a crucial role in how we go about change and what stories we tell ourselves each day.
